Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SPRINGS-C. By creating an account or purchasing credits you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SPRINGS-C provides AI-generated beauty previews (hair, makeup, nails, styling and related services) that you unlock and consume using credits.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Credits

  • Credits are a prepaid balance used to unlock AI generations.
  • One credit is priced at €0.10 (converted to your chosen currency at checkout).
  • Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and expire 24 months after purchase if unused.
  • Orders are activated after payment is confirmed. Bank transfer orders typically activate within 1–2 business days.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. See our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

5. Uploaded Content

You must own or have the right to upload the photos you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process those photos solely to deliver the service to you. We do not use your photos to train third-party AI models.

6. Generated Content

Subject to these Terms, you own the AI-generated images produced from your uploads for your personal use. Commercial use requires a written agreement.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimer

AI outputs are provided "as is". Results are simulations for inspiration only and may not represent an exact real-world outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 6 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of our registered office, without regard to conflict of law principles.
