The use of a third-party payment provider does not change the fact that SPRINGS-C LLC is the provider of the SPRINGS-C Services and is responsible for its own Customer commercial relationship.

Electronic delivery, expected implementation timing, and geographical availability are confirmed according to the applicable Customer requirements and commercial arrangement.

• Service Delivery

Submitting a Contact request, Demo Request, Solution Quiz, or plan inquiry does not itself create a subscription, recurring-payment authorization, or payment obligation.

Do not send complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, payment passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials to SPRINGS-C through ordinary email, Contact forms, Demo forms, or the Solution Quiz. Payment credentials should be entered only through the applicable authorized payment process when one is provided.

Payments

Payments for SPRINGS-C services may be processed through third-party payment service providers and financial institutions selected by SPRINGS-C LLC.
