When you create an account we collect your first name, last name, email address and a hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.

Uploaded photos

To generate AI beauty previews we process the photos you upload. Photos are encrypted in transit and at rest, are only used to generate results for you, and are never sold or used to train third-party models.

Payment information

For bank transfer orders we collect your name, email and order reference. We do not store card numbers ourselves — card payments (when available) are handled by our PCI-DSS certified providers.

Usage data

We collect basic analytics such as pages visited, device type and approximate location (from IP) to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and secure your account and process your credit purchases.
• To generate AI beauty previews and deliver the results to you.
• To send transactional emails such as order confirmations and bank transfer details.
• To detect fraud and abuse of the platform.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of contract performance (delivering the service you purchased), your consent (optional analytics and marketing), and our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, improving the product).

4. Data Retention

Uploaded photos are automatically deleted 30 days after generation. Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion to satisfy tax and accounting obligations.

5. Sharing

We share data only with the processors required to run the service: our hosting provider, our AI generation infrastructure, our email delivery provider and our payment processors. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
