To keep SPRINGS-C a safe, respectful and creative space, every member agrees to this Acceptable Use Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Photos You Upload

• Upload photos of yourself, or photos you have explicit permission to use.
• Do not upload photos of minors under any circumstances.
• Do not upload photos of another adult without their informed consent.

2. Prohibited Content

• Nudity, sexual content, or content sexualising real people.
• Violent, hateful, harassing or discriminatory content.
• Content that impersonates a public figure to mislead others.
• Content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.

3. Prohibited Behaviour

• Reselling, sublicensing or automating access to credits or generations.
• Scraping, reverse engineering or attempting to bypass rate limits.
• Using the service to build a competing dataset or AI model.
• Any activity that would be unlawful in your jurisdiction.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and — where required by law — report activity to the appropriate authorities. Serious violations may result in forfeiture of remaining credits without refund.

5. Reporting Abuse

If you believe content on the platform violates this policy, email [email protected] with as much detail as possible. We investigate every report.
